Early voting trends seem to have given away the final results of the Shire of Southern Grampians local government elections.

David Robertson, Bruach Colliton, Helen Henry, Mary-Ann Brown, Albert Calvano, Greg McAdam and Katrina Rainsford were the successful candidates.
The Victorian Electoral Commission released the results on Thursday morning.
The final result was in line with early voting trends which were released to the public last week until the VEC put a stop to it.
Last week The Standard reported on a tally of 5416 first-preference Southern Grampians Shire votes that were posted on Wednesday in Hamilton.
That tally showed David Robertson leading on 760 votes followed by Bruach Colliton with 573 votes.
Marry-Anne Brown received 560 votes, Albert Calvano was on 521 votes, Helen Henry was on 517 votes, Katrina Rainsford had 484 votes and Greg McAdam 413 votes.
There were 11,276 votes counted in the election but 653 were informal.
Final first preference votes were: David Robertson 1508, Bruach Colliton 1120, Helen Henry 1043, Mary-Ann Brown 1011, Albert Calvano 1007, Greg McAdam 870 and Katrina Rainsford 915.
