Categories include Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year and Community Event of the Year.
Citizens must reside in Moyne and events must have been held in the municipality.
The Young Citizen of the Year should be aged between 16-30.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony on Australia Day, COVID-19 restrictions permitting.
Last year's winners were Nicole Dwyer (Citizen of the Year), Jackson Boyden (Young Citizen of the Year) and Port Fairy Winter Weekends (Community Event of the Year).
