The Geelong speedster booted a game-high three goals in the Cats' preliminary final triumph over Brisbane on Saturday night.
Geelong will face Victorian rival Richmond in the decider.
The match will be Rohan's first grand final in Geelong colours. The 29-year-old featured in Sydney's 2014 and 2016 losses.
Geelong coach Chris Scott said Richmond was a tough opponent and had squashed questions surrounding form in recent weeks.
"They've clearly been the best team in the comp for a period of time," he said.
"Round 17 taught us they're going to be hard to beat, they're going to be hard to score against, their system is second nature to them.
"I think we saw that last night under pressure (against Port Adelaide)."
The 2020 grand final will be the first outside Victoria and is scheduled for the Gabba.
It will take place on Saturday.
