Warrnambool Constable Nick Jones said the car had been travelling south along Morris Road towards Raglan Parade at about 7.45am on Saturday when the incident occurred.
"The car struck two others vehicles and rolled two or three times before coming to stop on its side," he said.
"The female involved was conscious and breathing, and she was taken to Warrnambool Hospital for observation."
Constable Jones said police believed alcohol and fatigue were a factor in the incident and are making further inquiries.
