South West Academy of Sport chief executive officer Nic Kaiser knows what it's like to be given a chance.
He was identified as a talented volleyballer during his teens and would go on to enjoy a seven-year international career, including representing Australia at the 2000 Paralympics.
Kaiser joined sports journalists Brian Allen, Sean Hardeman and Justine McCullagh-Beasy on The Main Break podcast this week.
Hear Kaiser talk openly about his disability, stories of his time in the Australian team and his passion for helping the next generation of sports stars.
If you have suggestions for podcast guests, we'd love to hear them.
