Tim Fitzgerald will captain the Pelicans division one side for the 2020-21 South West Cricket Season, his second stint as top-grade skipper.
The club announced Fitzgerald would take over from Simon Baker and Stephen Fitzgerald on its Facebook page on Thursday night.
The all-rounder led the side from 2007-9 before living in Western Australia for 10 years. He returned to the south-west in 2018.

The 37-year-old is eager to bring the experience he gained as a premiership captain with Katanning Wanderers in the Central Great Southern Cricket Association.
"I am lot more experienced this time as I would have been 23-24 back (in 2007-9)," he said.
"I learnt a lot doing it and had heaps of older guys that I learnt from but I also went to WA for 10 years and I captained eight out of those ten.
"We had a bit of success. We won four or five premierships in the 10 years I was there and I was lucky to captain for two of those.
"I remember I lost one at Bookaar and I was a bit nervous leading into it but that experience helped when I went to WA. Playing in a losing final held me in good stead with dealing with the pressure of finals cricket for the next one.
Fitzgerald, who played 11 games, made 145 runs and took 19 wickets last season, said the Pelicans would harness their depth as they seek redemption.
"We just missed out on finals last year, our division three and under 16 sides both lost grand finals as well," he said.
"We've got a lot of young kids around the 17 to 19-year-old age group and we're looking forward to having a lot of good juniors coming through.
"We will also have a mix of older guys helping with their development. There is also a few good cricketers in division three that are there abouts playing some good cricket.
"We haven't lost anyone and we are hoping to regain a couple of guys.
"We are also hoping to grab some of those guys who missed out on footy and are sick of sitting at home so we are in the process of talking to some of those guys too."
Lucas said the club was pleased to have Fitzgerald back on as skipper.
"He has been around since he was a young tacker and it was an easy decision for club," he said.
"Tim has been away for 10 years living in WA and playing there, is very experienced and a very likeable fella. He will bring a lot to table and knows a lot of the boys and is looking forward to playing.
"Simon stood down at the end of last year and in the off-season we were in the hunt for a new captain.
"I spoke to Tim a couple months ago to see if he was interested and with all the pandemic stuff we halted it for a bit and then last week I spoke to him and he put his hand up."
The club also announced Tom Henry and Taj Merrett as its division three co-captains.
