Cathy Freeman's 400-metre gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics is one of Australia's greatest sporting highlights.
The south-west is lucky to have internationally accredited athletics coach Phil Molesworth as part of the Athletics South West Turbines.
Once upon a time he was Ringwood Athletic Club's women's team manager and Freeman was team captain.
He joined journalists Brian Allen and Sean Hardeman on The Main Break podcast to reflect on Freeman's success and talk about his role in the south-west.
If you have suggestions for podcast guests, we'd love to hear them.
