From Monday, regional Victorians enter step two of the roadmap, with up to five people from two households allowed to gather in a public outdoor space and outdoor pools can open.
Regional Victoria can advance to step three when it reaches less than five coronavirus cases on average over 14 days and zero cases with an unknown source over 14 days.

Premier Daniel Andrews confirmed on Sunday there was an average of 4.1 cases a day in regional Victoria, which meant it may move to the next step of the plan by the middle of the week.
Under the third step outdoor contact and non-contact sport for those under 18 and outdoor non-contract sport for adults could resume.
"The numbers are falling but we need to keep it that way - ensuring we can continue to open up safely and sustainably - based on the data, the science and expert public health advice," Mr Andrews said.
"Given the incredible effort of regional Victorians, the government will continue to closely monitor the 14-day rolling average, which currently sits at 4.1 for regional communities. If this effort continues, regional Victorians could move to the third step in a matter of days."
