Moyne Shire mayor Daniel Meade is disappointed coronavirus restrictions won't be eased in regional areas for some weeks.

He said business owners across Moyne would be disappointed they won't have the usual influx of trade from visitors during the September school holidays.
He called on locals to help fill that void.
"I would urge the Moyne community to support these businesses wherever they can," he said.
