Winslow-raised Maher, who trains in partnership with David Eustace, has trained 13 city winners since the 2020-21 season kicked off on August 1.
Lightly-raced three year olds How Womantic and Flash Flood were too strong for their rivals while stablemate Junipal showed he's ready for a good campaign with an impressive victory for the training combination.
Maher said the three winners had plenty of upside going into spring.
"The stable is going great in Melbourne and Sydney," Maher told The Standard.
"Flash Flood is a progressive type of colt. He graduated from a country maiden victory to a metropolitan win.
"We'll push forward to some nice races in the spring with him while Junipal lived up to his great first-up run with a good win.
"We gelded him after his last campaign and he appears more focused on his racing in this preparation."
The Maher-Eustace stable also won a maiden with the first-starter Volatore at Kilmore on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Harbour Views ran a gallant third for Warrnambool trainer Matthew Williams in the Feehan Stakes. Harbour Views took his stake earnings to more than $348,000 with the minor placing.
Veteran galloper Humidor won the group two race, earning a start in the $5 million Cox Plate at Moonee Valley on October 24.
