Premier Daniel Andrews has urged Victorians who have coronavirus symptoms to get tested.
"I would just say to anybody who has symptoms, don't put off getting tested because it is cold and wet. Please, please come forward and get tested," he said.
At his daily press conference, Mr Andrews said a man in his 50s was one the 13 people to die overnight due to coronavirus.
He said a woman in her 70s, two men and three women in their 80s, three women in their 90s and one woman aged over 100 had also died.
Mr Andrews said there were 610 Victorians in hospital, with 36 people in intensive care. Of those 36 people in intensive care, 22 of them are on a ventilator.
There was 21,346 tests processed since Friday.
EARLIER:
There have been 182 new cases of coronavirus detected in Victoria in the past 24 hours.
According to the Department of Health and Human Services 13 people died in the past 24 hours due to the virus.
Yesterday the state recorded 179 new cases with a total of 269 active cases in regional Victoria.
The breakdown of the number of cases in local government areas is expected later this afternoon.
