Warrnambool's Anushka Brows and Beauty salon staff worked more than 100 combined hours over the three days before regional Victoria reverted to stage three restrictions on Thursday.
Salon owner Rhiarna Sharma said over 250 people attended the Fairy Street shop between Monday and Wednesday.
"(After Dan Andrews' announcement) we rang as many clients as we could that were booked this week to squish them into the three days," she said.
"It was crazy busy but everyone was really positive. I think going into lockdown a second time meant people knew what to expect."
Mrs Sharma, who is a semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing technician, had back-to-back appointments booked until mid-November.
"They've now been pushed back six weeks so I will have to figure out what to do with them," she said.
"We've re-booked all of the other appointments for seven weeks (from now), with follow-up appointments booked up until Christmas, so fingers crossed the lockdown does last only the six weeks."
Mrs Sharma said she and her staff members, Georgia, Jaylah and Brianna, would not let the second lockdown "spoil our goals and ambitions for the year".
"Being the second time around, we are more prepared," she said.
"We've got JobKeeper already rolling around and a $5000 grant so it's not as financially stressful.
"And we've got a bit of a timeline so we aren't completely in the dark."
Mrs Sharma thanked the Warrnambool community for their "amazing support" and urged them to continue to shop local during the pandemic.
