The Department of Health and Human Services listed one active coronavirus case in Moyne Shire on Monday.
Moyne Health Services chief executive officer Jackie Kelly said the case was linked to a cluster at the Australian Lamb Company abattoir in Colac.
"They have two addresses one in the Colac Otway Shire and one Moyne Shire," Ms Kelly said.
"At the moment we're making inquiries to determine which address they are located at.
"Barwon Health are doing the contact tracing."
She said the health service was continuing to test for the virus in Port Fairy and Koroit on Wednesday.
