Purchasing limits have been reinstated as supermarket shelves have been emptied across the region with people stocking up before regional Victoria returns to stage 3 coronavirus restrictions on Thursday.

Supermarket giants have issued limits on face masks to one pack per customer.
Woolworths has enforced a range of restrictions on purchases including hygiene and cleaning products, canned fruit and vegetables and staple kitchen items.

Additionally meat packs will be limited to two per customer and there will be a one kilogram limit for butcher and deli items.
There is also a two kilogram limit on loose carrots, onions and potatoes.
Coles has a two-pack per customer limit on mince meat, chicken breasts, and chicken thighs in the store.
As well as a two-pack per customer limit on hand sanitiser.
Premier Daniel Andrews urged Victorians not to panic buy as supermarkets would remain open across the state.
"There's no need to be queuing up at Coles or Woolworths or the local baker or butcher," he said.
"They will remain open. They will remain able to provide you with the things that you need."
