The grant has come via the Port Fairy and District Community Bank and has been presented to Van Someren Equestrian Vaulting and All Abilities Equestrian for first aid equipment.
Ms Van Someren, who helps run the Warrong-based equestrian enterprise, said the first aid equipment was carefully planned.
"As we travelled around competing at other clubs, we kept a look out at what they did well safety wise and what they were maybe lacking," Ms Van Someren said.
"That gave us ideas as to what we needed and any gaps we might have.
"With the bank grant we have purchased crutches, a moon boot, knee braces and a first aid kit.
"Hopefully we don't have to use them but it is good to know they are there if needed.
"The community bank is very supportive and we are fortunate to benefit from their generosity."
At present, 12 riders take part in the vaulting activities at Warrong, with another dozen taking advantage of the all-abilities program.
Vaulting members travel across the state to compete and get the chance for a home ground advantage when they host a competition at Orford each April.
This year's competition was cancelled due to COVID-19, but riders are still able to train with social distancing measures in place.
