A 56-year-old Warrnambool man has been remanded in custody charged with trafficking ice after being caught with deal bags ready for sale.

Detective Sergeant Elissa Smith, of Warrnambool police divisional tasking unit, said a vehicle was intercepted on Warrnambool's Foster Street at 4pm on Saturday.
The man, who is well known to police, was a passenger in the car.
During a search of the vehicle police found 14 grams of ice with a street value of about $7000, 14 grams of cannabis and about $600 in cash.
The man was arrested, interviewed and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of cannabis and ice and possessing the proceeds of crime.
The accused has previously been jailed for trafficking drugs.
He appeared briefly in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday, did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody until August 31.
