The 47-year-old was arrested on Friday and charged with breaching a court order again.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court.
The man has regularly served terms of imprisonment, his last earlier this year was 45 days after taking a woman's much-loved pet dog.
