Heatherlie Homes has two prime Warrnambool sites: a 77-unit complex at 103 - 111 Koroit Street next to the Uniting Church, and an 11-unit complex at 66 Henna Street next to the Anglican Church, aptly named Christ Church Close.

Planning is currently underway to build more independent living units on centrally located land purchased in 2015 and 2016. This development will include one and two bedroom apartments, with a communal lounge.

Residents at Heatherlie Homes enjoy the central location of their home, with the CBD, restaurants, theatres and banks all within walking distance. In fact, instead of cooking some just go out for meals with friends or neighbours.

Usually there are many varied activities for residents at Heatherlie to attend, such as tai chi, balance exercises, bocce, card games, movies and a happy hour every Friday night. Residents are also very proud of the extensive and beautiful gardens at Heatherlie, with every unit enjoying a garden outlook.

Heatherlie is a not-for-profit organisation and can therefore offer singles or couples very low cost entry prices, with our rental inclusive of utility bills. There are no hidden costs or additional costs. You are also always guaranteed to receive $30,000 of your ingoing back when you leave. Our units are modern, spacious, refurbished for every new resident and garaging is located at each site. We can also provide your visiting family and friends with their own unit to stay in when visiting you at Heatherlie.

Come anytime from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or visit our website for details: heatherliehomes.com.au.
