The Milliner estimates she has made about 250 face masks in 10 days and has about 500 on order as people take the advice of Premier Daniel Andrews to wear a mask to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
"I haven't been to bed before 2am for the last week," she said.
"Although I am a night owl and I do get more done at night."
Mrs Wilson also works at Dennington Discount Chemist, where her masks are available, and said her boss had given her the week off to make more masks.
"I can't keep up with the orders," she said.
"I physically can't answer every text message and Facebook message.
"I feel bad that I can't reply to people. It has been absolutely crazy.

"I've got my mum and her partner helping and my children helping with packaging."
She said the pharmacy was also selling out of her handy work.
"I've been making about 60 for them a day," she said.
"On Monday there were people lining up before 9am and they sold out in about 15 minutes." Mrs Wilson said there was no apparent shortage of fabric but elastic was getting difficult to track down.
"I have been able source some, I just hope it turns up," she said.
"I think anyone who can sew is probably getting swamped."

On Monday The Standard reported that pharmacies in Warrnambool were selling out of face masks.
Chemist Warehouse Warrnambool and Chemist Warehouse at Gateway Plaza owner Jason Yacoub said his stores were trying as best they could to keep up with the demand.
"Pretty much every customer calling up is asking about masks," he said.
"We're hoping to be restocked daily or every second day.
