THREE people have been airlifted to Melbourne after a two-car collision on Friday night.
Police say a driver of a Holden Commodore failed to navigate a 'give way' sign while travelling west along County Boundary Road, Bostocks Creek, and collided with an Isuzu Utility.
There were four passengers in the commodore and two in the ute.
The driver of the commodore is understood to be in his late 30s, and the driver of the ute in their 60s.
A woman in her 30s flown to the Royal Melbourne in a stable condition with back pain.
A teenage girl was taken by road ambulance to Geelong, and later flown to The Alfred in a serious condition.
A teenage male who suffered a head injury was also flown to The Alfred in a serious condition.
A woman in her 60s was taken to Geelong hospital by road ambulance in a stable condition.
Police say the driver of the utility was in their 60s.

A rescue helicopter has been called to assist emergency services at a road accident at Bostocks Creek on Friday night.
Police, paramedics, state of emergency services and the country fire authority are at the scene on the Camperdown-Cobden Road and County Boundary Road.
An SES spokeswoman said the road accident occurred at 6.30pm and The Standard understands two vehicles are involved.
The spokeswoman said the HEMS rescue helicopter had been dispatched.
VicRoad have closed the Camperdown-Cobden Road and Camperdown SES are assisting at the scene.
