The council has announced a $50,000 advertising grant, where businesses can apply for up to $2000 on a $1:$2 basis to advertise with local newspapers and radio stations.
"To be eligible businesses must be located in Corangamite Shire, have a valid ABN and no more than 20 full-time equivalent employees," council growth and engagement manager Growth and Engagement Rory Neeson said
"They need to have received funding through a state or federal COVID-19 program, showing that they have been financially impacted by the pandemic.
"Funding will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis until the $50,000 has all been allotted."
Mr Neeson encouraged business operators to study the program guidelines on council's website.
