The Kirkstall young gun is targeting dates at both Parramatta and Allansford's Premier Speedway in the summer as he builds on a promising season.
Cooley told The Standard he was determined to elevate his driving abilities and secure results.
"We're definitely going to try to take it to the next level," he said.
We know it works now and it was good to have that as a bit of a test season.

"We didn't do too many races last season, we picked a handful. But we're sticking to what we have now, what we've been running.
"We know it works now and it was good to have that as a bit of a test season."
He said belief was flowing.
"We ticked off a few things we didn't think we'd be able to," Cooley said.
"We know we can definitely run up the front. We're just keen to get a whole night together now. We're nearly there.
"I've got some good people behind me and my confidence is definitely up."
Cooley, who was excited at the prospect of racing in Sydney, said iRacing was a valuable off-season tool.
He said while different to real-life racing, the simulator shared similarities.
"Myself and a few racing mates have been on there mucking around and having a bit of fun," Cooley said.
"It's different to the real thing but it gets pretty close.
"It gets the mental side of things going and tests your decision-making and that kind of thing."
