AFL Western District in March postponed all south-west football and netball as a precautionary measure in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
Mininera league president John Box said the league originally planned to host a club forum but instead decided to host a board meeting to make the final call.
He said the league sought feedback from clubs remotely over the weekend and would use it to shape the board's final decision.
The Warrnambool and District Football Netball League will also discuss the future of its season on June 24.

Premier Daniel Andrews on Sunday announced the tightening of some restrictions after a spike in Victorian COVID-19 cases, but none directly affect community sport. Sport for children and those under 18 can proceed as planned. Only 10 people can gather outside for recreational purposes, down from 20. It's unclear if areas with no cases - such as the south-west - will be reopened ahead of infected parts of the state.
