Club president Darren Mollenoyux said BMX Victoria would host a Zoom meeting on Monday night.
The Victorian government has given junior and non-contact sport the all-clear to return.
"We'll find out what we can and can't do essentially as far as competition goes," he said.
"With the easing of restrictions, hopefully we can get back to some club activities soon.
"Generally we take a break around July because the weather is usually a bit ordinary but if the weather keeps staying like this (calm, no rain) we will try and get a few meetings in possibly.
"We'll just re-arrange our calendar to suit. We've sort of missed out on the last three months so if the weather is good enough for us to do something we'll probably do something."
Premier Dan Andrews announced a tweak to restrictions on Saturday following a rise in COVID-19 cases.
Outdoor social gatherings have reduced from 20 people to 10.
Mollenoyux said Warrnambool could work within the parameters.
"It doesn't affect us much as a club because we're only a small club and you're not going to have a lot of people," he said.
"But Melbourne clubs are going to have a bigger issue; they might have 100 to 150 members."
