Mr Boxer will shave his trademark beard and long locks on Wednesday morning to raise money for Warrnambool and District Food Share.
The big shave will take place at 9.30am at Warrnambool East Primary School.
The school will provide familiar surrounds for Mr Boxer, who has worked there as the maintenance man and gardener for the past 32 years.
It will be the 11th time Mr Boxer has faced the clippers, but the chill of winter still holds some fears.
"It will be pretty cold but it's for a good cause so I don't mind too much," Mr Boxer said.
"Over the years I have raised money for a lot of different charities but I thought given what's happened this year with the fires and the virus, some of the local charities might miss out a bit.
"Food Share does a great job, people have to eat and they certainly help people who are struggling."
As well as tending the school grounds, Mr Boxer also plays a role in the Hands on Learning program at the school.
The program is something he is a big supporter of.
"The Hands on Learning includes working with the kids in the garden, making and pulling things apart in the shed and recycling," he said.
"It's very practical and everyone who takes part in it really enjoys it."
While this will be his last shave for charity, Mr Boxer hopes to keep working for a while yet, with retirement not on the agenda.
"I enjoy working, you can always find something to do and if you can't then you're not looking hard enough," he said.
"It's a big school, there's plenty to do."
