Friends and family of those in the acute care ward and the two aged care facilities, Moyneayna House and Belfast House, have a daily window between 1-4pm to visit.
The new visiting hours are the latest step in the easing of restrictions related to the COVID-19 crisis.
Moyne Health Services CEO Jackie Kelly said the number of visitors was increasing.
"Over the weekend we had so many visitors so we are trying to contain visits to the afternoon," Ms Kelly said.
She said the new afternoon hours, introduced on Tuesday, would create a stable environment for staff, residents and patients, with a clear time slot mapped out for visitors.
Ms Kelly said upon arrival, visitors were asked if they were unwell, had their flu vaccination and have they been in contact with anyone with COVID-19.
She said temperatures were being checked but that is no longer happening, with only one elevated temperature reading recorded, which was not COVID-19 related.
