The Premier on Sunday announced full-contact training for adults could commence on July 13 while competition could resume on July 20.
Meanwhile, people aged 18 years and under will be able to resume full-contact training and competition from June 22.
Change rooms can also reopen from June 22.
Murphy said there was still plenty to consider given social distancing and crowds.
There was no mention of crowds in Sunday's update.
"At this stage we won't change anything, we will still meet on June 24 and discuss the 2020 season - if it will go ahead or not," she said.

Murphy ruled out the possibility of starting juniors ahead of seniors.
"No, I think it will be too hard on the clubs to separate juniors and seniors, you'd try and work it all together," she said.
Late May, Murphy released two options for a possible season.
The first option relied on full-contact training resuming on June 20.
The second option was counting on a June 27 resumption of full-contact training.
Those dates were based on the league's preference to have four weeks of contact training before the season.
Murphy realises the state government's full-contact training dates don't fit with those options proposed.
"With our options, it doesn't fit," she said.
"But it's something the clubs and league will have to sit down and work out."
Andrews cited the "the lower rate of transmission" among young people as the reason those 18 and under could return to contact sport earlier.
Non-contact sports competition can also begin across every age group from June 22.
While the Hampden league cancelled its senior seasons last week, it remains possible for junior football and netball, as well as women's football, to go ahead.
