A high pressure system over Victoria will move slowly eastwards and be centred over the Tasman Sea later today.
The high will continue to drift towards New Zealand on Wednesday as a weak cold front approaches Tasmania.
The front will move to the southeast of Victoria during Thursday as a new high pressure system passes to the south of Tasmania. The high will move over the Tasman Sea on Friday.
