Members normally have open access to the track but they'll only be able to use it at certain times.
Only 10 people can be on the circuit at one time.
Cook said that included support people such as mechanics.
There must be supervisors for each practice session as well.
The sharing of any equipment such as tools, apparel, safety equipment or pens is not permitted.
And any member wanting to use the track has to fill out a Karting Australia Travel Register and Isolation Form beforehand.
The club has an online booking system where members can sign up for a session.
The first lot of sessions are on Sunday with the complex open from 10am-4pm.
Cook said the track was only open to members but he hoped non-members could use it again in the near future.
There's no public access and no spectators are permitted.
The vice-president said the club had worked hard to ensure it had the correct regulations in place for Sunday.
He said some big clubs in Victoria opened their tracks last weekend but he said the Warrnambool club was smaller and needed more time to prepare.
