Detective Acting Sergeant Elissa Smith, of the Warrnambool-based police divisional tasking unit, said a warrant was executed at a Woodend Road property about noon on Monday.
"That was as a result of ongoing investigations through Operation Abalone which started in September last year," she said.
"A warrant was executed at a Raglan Parade east address on Friday where methamphetamine was located and the Woodend Road search was a follow on from that."
Acting Sergeant Smith said a significant amount of methamphetamine and ketamine was located at the Woodend Road Property.
"The man was arrested and interviewed in relation to conspiracy to traffic drugs. He was charged with possession of drugs," she said.
"The man was already on bail charged with possession of steroids and GHB. It will be alleged he is a daily ice user.
"Inquiries are still ongoing in relation to the the conspiracy to traffic drugs."
Already four people have been charged with conspiracy to traffic drugs after raids relating to Operations Abalone started on Thursday last week.
