The event will be broadcast through Facebook and radio from 6pm and feature recorded performances from 4 Wide, Cooper Lower, Flynn Gurry, Gabby Steel, Glenn Kelly, Jason Bull, Kayla Dwyer, Lousie Ryan, Mick Ferguson, Mitch and Jackson, Nancie Schipper, The Alamo, The Find Your Voice Choir, The Motorvators, Tom Richardson, Trev and Mel, Wade Northcott and Willnko.
Organiser and Bushfield resident Karen Thomson said the idea for the Warrnambool concert came to her after chatting to her work colleague.
"It was just one of those random conversations we were having about what we're missing," she said.
"It evolved to what can we do to show support for musicians and the venues who have had to shut their doors.
Music is one of those things that brings people together and this is a way to feel connected while we're disconnected
"Let's make a pledge to get around our musicians and venues on the other side of this.
"This Easter let's come together from afar and shift our current reality for a moment in time from collective trauma to collective triumph."
Warrnambool City Council, ACE Radio and Fitz Media have all collaborated with Ms Thomson to bring the event to life.
Killarney artists Nancie Schipper will be performing on Saturday night and is excited to be a part of an event shining the light on the south-west music industry.
"I think its insanely cool," she said.
"When we think about musicians losing gigs most of us think about the large scheme of things in the festivals and tours and not about the local musicians in the pubs.
"Some of us live gig-to-gig so it's really great we can have this support.
"I'm stoked for people to check out some cool acts and support us on Saturday night and in the future when we start having gigs again."
Warrnambool musician Tom Richardson will perform twice for Lounge Fest; once as his enchanting solo act and the second with the Find Your Voice All-Abilities Choir.
"I think it's really positive and it's nice the council is taking a proactive approach for the industry," he said.
"There's a lot of people in a lot of industries that have been hit hard and while I can only speak from a music industry point of view, I know that pretty much 100 per cent of our work as we knew it has dried up.
"The other side of this is that musicians are creative and finding new ways to connect."
Richardson is stoked the Find Your Voice choir gets the chance to come together again for the event.
"Those guys are like family for me and each other," he said.
"A lot are in the vulnerable group for coronavirus and are doing the right thing by self isolating.
"An opportunity like this has brought us back together and to be seen and to be connected is an important thing for us all at this time."
Gabby Steel said she was excited to be back performing for Lounge Fest.
"This is an awesome idea keep everyone connected and I'm stoked they thought of the idea," she said.
"It's been pretty tough for me, so far I've lost $1,300 worth of gigs but I'm glad there's support and projects like this to keep me busy and going.
"When I'm not performing I love seeing live music and going to our local pubs so I'm glad this is happening and people can watch while they're sitting at home.
"It's good we can take advantage of this technology."

All musicians will be paid for their performances and those listening at home will be encouraged to donate to Support Act; Australia's only charity delivering crisis relief services to artists, crew and music workers.
Warrnambool Mayor Tony Herbert encouraged everyone to tune in.
"Even though we can't go out and see local musicians perform live right now, this is the next best thing," he said.
"I'd encourage everyone, if they can, to extend their support to our local restaurants as part of this event. You could get some takeaway, settle in at home with the family and enjoy performances from some of our region's best acts."
To watch the concert, visit either the Warrnambool City Council, Coast FM or Fitz Media Productions Facebook pages from 6pm on Saturday April 11. You can also tune in on 95.3 COAST FM.
