Panmure's netballers and supporters have found that out in the past week.
The Warrnambool and District league club banded together to knock out just under 70,000 exercises.
That includes 13,880 burpees, 13,880 lunges, 13,880 squats, 13,880 push-ups and 13,880 tricep dips.
"It really helped us motivate each other and created a real sense of team," A grade coach Josie Ellerton said.
The A grade, A reserve and B grade netball teams and enthusiastic supporters chipped in from home.

They just had to let the club know each time they completed a round of 20 burpees, tricep dips, push-ups, lunges and squats.
The idea came after the top-grade players smashed their goal of accumulating 90 kilometres of running, in one week, between them.
Player Emily Byers, a nurse and personal trainer, suggested they invite all the club's senior netballers to join in.
Ellerton said there was huge buy-in immediately. So much so, a group including junior coaches, club administrators and parents created a non-players team to contribute to the cause.
Participants shared videos of themselves undertaking their rounds. Ellerton said it made for some competitive banter on the club's social media.
"We only have to be physically isolated, we can still be connected," she said.
The Bulldogs leader, who works in the marketing department at South West TAFE, has even got her work involved in doing an exercise challenge.
"Given the restrictions, anything that keeps us moving is of benefit," Ellerton said.
The club's B grade netballers have set this week's exercise challenge. It's also based on accumulating big numbers with the results out at the end of the week.
On top of the team challenges, the Bulldogs' netballers have been provided with links to free workouts and training tips. They also have an online training diary to fill out.
Friends Ellerton and Koroit netball mentor Stacey O'Sullivan, have teamed up to help both their clubs.
O'Sullivan's Hampden league netballers are currently doing the same challenge the Bulldogs did last week.
Panmure's footballers have also created their own physical challenges.
