Sarah Wall's NETFIT Netball online workouts are booming and former AFL midfielder Michael Barlow has jumped on board to help expand the program.
FootyFit Football is a new initiative being run in conjunction with NETFIT Netball.
Barlow, who played four matches for the Eagles last year, is leading free football strength and conditioning sessions on Facebook which participants can follow at home.
"It's provides an opportunity, in a controlled space, to engage and be fit and healthy," he said.

Wall and Barlow have even made cross-code tutorial videos together on the NETFIT Netball Facebook page.
Barlow, whose best friend is engaged to Wall, said the new football component was evolving.
He said they were testing the waters to see if there was a demand for it.
"We're putting no pressure at all on it, it's just supplying a product to the public at the moment and seeing where it goes," he said.
"Even if it's only during this (pandemic) isolation period.
"But there's probably a gap in the market in terms of footy training at home and for Auskickers."
He said in an ideal world they would like to bring the program to schools and run in-person programs on weekends.
Barlow, who played AFL until the end of the 2018 season, plays for VFL-outfit Werribee and is a midfield coach.
With the VFL season postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Barlow suddenly had three nights of his week spare.
"It was an opportune time for me to dive into something like this and assist Sarah," he said.
Barlow said he wasn't sure if he'd return to the Eagles for games this year.
"I really loved it last year and might have aspirations to play down there when all is said and done here (with Werribee)," he said.
The former Fremantle and Gold Coast player also wants to play with home club Shepparton United before he retires.
Barlow is also head coach of Simon Black's Australian Rules Academy which provides elite footy education and training.
Black, a Brownlow medallist, played with and was an assistant coach at the Brisbane Lions.
