But the league is considering whether or not to run its awards night, scheduled for Wednesday, as the coronavirus impact reverberates around Australian sporting circles.
It would attract less than the 500 people-plus mass gatherings the federal government has cautioned against.
McLeod and association general manager Michael Harrison said it would adhere to recommendations from its governing body, Cricket Victoria.
"Their direction at the moment, unless something untoward happens, is there's no reason the finals won't go ahead," McLeod said.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATES:
"They don't come under the mass grouping of people. Down here of course people can sit in cars and on their own and have space."
McLeod said the association would liaise with clubs before making a call on its awards night.
"I suppose the question is if we can do the presentation night and I think we need to do some more research into that at this point," he said.
"Part of the difficulty is when there is a group of people.
"(The federal government directive) is 500 but that's just a figure. We want to make sure we don't compromise anyone."
CORONAVIRUS UPDATES:
Harrison said the association was "monitoring what is going on around the country".
"Cricket Victoria has sent out a guideline to go by and when that changes we assess what we have to do," he said.
Brierly Christ-Church, which is aiming for its first two-day flag, will meet Woodford in the division one grand final at Reid Oval on Saturday and Sunday.
East Warrnambool-YCW and Russells Creek will go head-to-head in the division two decider, also played over two days, at Walter Oval and Wesley-CBC and Merrivale will lock horns in Saturday's division three grand final at Mack Oval.
