A fundraising event to maintain the iconic hall, the showcase allows anyone to get up on stage and perform their talents for 15 minutes.
Organiser and founder of the event Carol McDonald is delighted the event is running strong eight years after its inception.
"I've always worked with people and helping them find their mojo," Ms McDonald said.
"I love giving young people a go and anyone else who wants to get up on stage.
"We only have one rule during 15 Minutes of Fame; no one talks when performers are on. It shows them respect. We had Lost in Suburbia playing and when we asked them why they would donate their time, they said it was a special atmosphere here and no one talked over them."
Eight acts will take to the stage on Friday night from 7.30pm; Sleuth, Ezzy Duo, Hayley Wason, Don Cowling, Tess and Melody, Mellofellow, Little Gem and The Drayton Family Band.
This month the acts come from Portland, Cobden, Warrnambool and The Drayton Family Band from Nagambie have come together to perform while visiting for the Port Fairy Folk Festival.
"There's such a variety," Ms McDonald said.
"There are some acts I've never heard of before and others that come back because they love it.
"They're all very keen with such enthusiasm."
Admission to 15 Minutes of Fame is $15 for adults while children 12 and under are free.
Doors open at 6pm with delicious baked potatoes available for $10 and desserts and refreshments before the show begins at 7.30pm.
All proceeds from the night go back into the volunteer-run St Brigids Hall.
