Their family moved to Warrnambool from Monbulk (east of Melbourne) a year ago and it didn't take the long-time volleyballers long to join the South West Pirates.
The teenagers debuted for the Pirates in October and haven't looked back.
Geena, 15, enjoys having her older sister on her side.
"It's a great experience, just having some familiar company and somebody I can rely on," she said.
"Someone that I can trust."

Bella, 18, also said they had a great relationship.
"We've always gotten along really well, so it's good to play with her," she said.
Bella started playing the sport about six years ago and Geena got involved four years ago.
They came to Warrnambool with sound knowledge of the game.
"Monbulk was very well known for its volleyball," Geena said.
Bella said volleyball had proved a great way to make friends in a new community.
"I like having a great group of girls and getting along with them easily, you build relationships outside of school," she said.
The sisters will play for the Pirates' women's division two side this long-weekend.

They won't be the only siblings aiming to sink the competition.
The Gibbs brothers, Tristan and Brandon, are back to help the Pirates' men's division two side enjoy success.
They're another pair of siblings that get along well.
"It's really good to play with your brother because it's something you can bond over," Tristan said.
"It's an experience you can carry with you for the rest of your life."
The Pirates had a hit-out three weeks ago at a tournament in Horsham.
Craig Gibbs, who will coach the men's side, said both teams were hoping to get plenty out of the tournament.
"Both teams are development teams and we've pushed them up a level to try and bring the best out of them," he said.
The tournament will be played across 11 courts at The Arc, Brauer College and Emmanuel College.
There are 72 teams this year, five more than last year.
Gabby Lougheed, who recently made the junior development national side, is playing for the Pirates.
There will also be two other sides in the tournament made up of players from Warrnambool.
Wilson in women's division three and Sharks in men's division three.
