Warrnambool police are seeking information from the public after a toy gun was used to fire rubber bullets at people.

Constable Keryn Bell said an incident happened on December 15 at a Warrnambool car park and possibly on a road.
"If anyone saw this happen or was hit with a rubber/silicone bullet we would like to talk to you at Warrnambool police station," she said.
