James Chittick (Euroa) and William Berryman (Parkdale) are among 25 footballers preparing for the two-day trip which will include a training session in Penshurst, bush walk, boot camp, talent night, rock climbing and abseiling.
Blues coach Matt O'Brien said Chittick and Berryman had worked hard on the training track since returning to Reid Oval.
He said Chittick would provide versatility.
MORE FOOTBALL:
"James is quite a big lad, six-foot-one, and did a bit of rucking in the Goulburn Valley league," he said.
"He's a beautiful left-foot kick, Tim O'Keeffe-style. He'll slot in pretty well, we're not sure where.
"He can help Dan (Weymouth in the ruck) or go back and replace Will Jacobs."
O'Brien said Berryman had returned to the south-west for work and would be on the cusp of senior selection.
"He's reasonably fit and a very good kick over 30 metres," he said.
"He reminds me a fair bit of Kurt Lenehan but a younger version."
Midfielder Darcy Graham, on the comeback trail from a knee reconstruction, has led the Blues' fitness training.
He said the Blues' diligence had been impressive.
"It's been significantly more intense than what I've done the last two years," O'Brien said.
"Everyone has responded really well to it."
Warrnambool hopes it plethora of young players will take the next step in 2020.
O'Brien said teenagers Joel Reinheimer, Tom Jenkins, Zacc Dwyer, Eddy Gattek, Aiden Grant, Angus Bade, Patrick Rea, Ben Howard and Declan Hoffmann would all press their claims for senior selection.
