The weather bureau says across the south-west today will be humid, cloudy with a 90 per cent chance of rain.
It's currently 16.3 degrees in Warrnambool, feels like 15.1 and since 9am yesterday we've had 2.2mm of rain.
Winds today will be west to north-westerly 20 to 30 km/h shifting southerly 35 to 45 km/h in the evening.
Warrnambool is expecting a top temperature of 21 degrees, Hamilton 21, Colac 23, Ararat 23, Casterton 21, Mortlake 22, Heywood 20, Portland 20, Port Fairy 20, Terang 20 and Camperdown 19.
A developing low pressure trough over western Victoria will move eastwards across the State today with a low pressure system developing over eastern Bass Strait later.
The low will strengthen as it moves to the Tasman Sea on Wednesday. Another high pressure system will form south of the Bight on Wednesday and will extend a ridge across southern Victoria on Thursday and Friday.
For the week ahead - Wednesday we're expecting showers 17, Thursday mostly cloudy 17, Friday partly cloudy 17, Saturday fine 19, Sunday sunny 24, Monday partly cloudy 26 and Tuesday mostly cloudy 20.
