PENNANT
The last round of Midweek Pennant will be played next Tuesday. This week, midweek Division 1 featured some unexpected results with Terang Gold getting full points against second-placed City Gold. Timboon Gold crept into second place, despite a loss to Lawn Green. In Division 2, Port Green looks to hold top place with points of Lawn Blue, Warrnambool Blue and City Pink very close.
In Weekend Pennant, several teams need to put in good performances to make the finals. While Warrnambool Gold and City Red are certainties, City Gold, Timboon Gold, Koroit Blue and Mortlake Blue are fighting out the other two places. City Blue has a commanding lead in Division 2, but teams fourth through seventh are very close. One point separates Lawn Gold (fourth)and Terang Blue (fifth) in Division 3.
