Warrnambool Country Meats at Northpoint Shopping Centre, Warrnambool Country Meats at Woolworths in East Warrnambool along with Wings and Things at Gateway Plaza were closed on Tuesday.
Phone calls to Colac's Wings and Things went unanswered when contacted by The Standard.
On Tuesday it was unclear how many staff would be impacted by the closures.

Last year owner David Wiese announced the Northpoint store would go cashless from August.
At the time Mr Wiese said removing cash would increase hygiene standards and productivity.
