Kyra Crow and Mel Mason from De Ta Hair in Commercial Road have organised a Fight Fire with Koroit Community Spirit raffle, which will be drawn in the coming weeks.
A mega hamper, with items from many businesses in the town, is the raffle's first prize.
Other draws will also be held, with prizes of business vouchers and goods.
Money from the raffle will go towards bushfire recovery and reconstruction efforts. Tickets to the raffle are $5 and can be purchased at all Koroit businesses.
