Chairman Tony Rea said everything would be ready to go "by the time we get to Wednesday" for the 39th Field Days.
"This week is pretty hectic, everybody is well aware of what has to be done," he said.
"It's very well received by the farming and wider communities, by the exhibitors and by Saputo Dairy Australia.
"Farmers will love the new rye grass varieties in the different seed plots, they grow longer into the colder months and stay greener over summer."
Producers will have the opportunity to talk directly to dairy industry suppliers and examine new technology, a range of farm machinery and the latest farming innovations.
A wide range of entertainment will complement the farming exhibits, with wood chopping, live music, and cooking demonstrations to keep the family entertained.
Free entry to the event on Wednesday will be continued, after the success of the initiative in 2019.
The 39th Sungold Field Days runs from February 12 to 14. Enter the Field Days site at Allansford from the Great Ocean Road.
