The winner is $100,000 wealthier after scratching one of the top prizes on a $5 Bank Vault Instant Scratch-Its ticket.
They purchased that ticket at Warrnambool's Norfolk Lotto in the past month.
Owner Rhonda Welsh said it was the second top prize winning scratchie the outlet had sold.
"We've been here for 13 years and have sold a few division one prizes too but we are on a bit of a winning streak for scratchie top prizes," Ms Welsh said.
"We've been telling all our customers it's the second time we've sold a big one and they are all really excited for us.
"Congratulations to our winner. We wish them all the best with their win."
It is the second top prize-winning Instant Scratch-Its ticket to land in Warrnambool in January after a south-west man won $10,000 on a $1 ticket purchased at Reinheimers Newsagency and Lotto earlier this month.
