Detective Senior Constable Tim Chester, of the Portland police crime investigation unit, said police this week executed a warrant at a property in Portland's Bancroft Street.
He said police recovered 4WD equipment, mobile phones and a set of keys believed to be stolen from the Allens Freight Warehouse on January 9.
The stolen goods were valued at about $3000.
Two Portland men, both aged 24, were arrested at the Bancroft Street property and conveyed to Portland police station where they interviewed and charged with burglary and theft.
They were bailed to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on April 28.
Detective Senior Constable Chester said police were still searching for outstanding stolen property and possibly two more offenders involved in the warehouse burglary.
