Warrnambool
Warrnambool Botanic Gardens will hold the Australia Day celebrations from 10.30am to 4pm. Awards will also be given out for Warrnambool citizen of the year, young citizen of the year, local achiever and community event of the year. The celebration will also include a citizenship ceremony involving 28 people from countries including, the United Kingdom, India, Germany, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, The Philippines, New Zealand, Kenya, Afghanistan,Republic of China.

Entertainment includes the Holiday Actors, the Warrnambool Ukulele Band, Blake Rudland Castle and Mick Ferguson. Various community groups will provide food and there will be and games and entertainment for children all afternoon. People can also join a tour of the gardens from 12.15pm.
The Warrnambool RSL Club together with the Order of Australia are holding an afternoon Australia Day celebration beginning at 3.25pm at the War Memorial. There will be entertainment, the Warrnambool Pipes and Drums band and an address from Jordan Eitler; a recent Deakin University, Geelong graduate of Law who won an Order of Australia scholarship for five years of study. The ceremony runs for 35 minutes with seating for all available.
Port Fairy
The Moyne Shire Australia Day celebrations will kick off with the community breakfast at 8am at Fiddlers Green, followed by the official Australia Day program commencing at 9.30am.
A variety of activities will be held following the official celebrations as part of the final day of the month-long Moyneyana Festival.
Portland
Glenelg Shire's Australia Day Ceremony will take place at Memorial Triangle, Portland. There will be a free barbeque and entertainment from 8am before the flag raising ceremony, Australian citizenship ceremony and Australia Day Awards begin at 9am. International humanitarian lifeguard Simon Lewis will present at the Portland and Heywood ceremonies.
The Gunditjmara community will meet along Beach Road, Allestree for an Invasion Day Smoking Ceremony. Join with the traditional owners of Gunditj country to help pay respect and acknowledge all Gunditjmara people's who have been lost since colonisation.
Hamilton
Hamilton Botanic Gardens will host Southern Grampians Shire Council's official Australia Day celebrations from 10.30am.
The program includes flag raising, performances by local musicians, Hamilton Brass and Hamilton Singers, address by Australia Day ambassador; Christine Nixon APM, citizenship ceremony, Australia Day Award presentations before concluding with a free community barbeque courtesy of the Hamilton Lions Club.
Derrinallum
Corangamite Shire's Australia Day ceremony will begin at 10am at the Derrinallum School Sports Stadium. The citizen of the year, young citizen of the year, and community event of the year will be named at the festivities followed by a citizenship ceremony, a free barbeque and entertainment from The Lakes and Craters Band.
Nelson
Nelson's Australia Day festivities kick off from 8am at Bridge Park with a free barbeque breakfast, entertainment, a flag raising ceremony and announcement of the Nelson citizen of the year.
Merino
Merino swimming pool will host a free barbeque breakfast, entertainment and the presentation of the Merino-Digby citizen of the year.
Heywood
A free barbeque lunch in the Banks of the Fitzroy River in Heywood will begin at 12pm to celebrate Australia Day. People are invited to bring their own chair or rug and watch the flag raising ceremony before the Heywood citizen of the year is announced and Australia Day ambassador Simon Lewis speaks.
Balmoral
The Balmoral Australia Day ceremony includes a flag raising presentation, guest speaker and free community breakfast from 10.30am at Seymour Park.
Branxholme
Spend the evening at Heritage Park for Branxholme's Australia Day ceremony. There will be free cold meat and salad from 5.30pm with people welcomed to bring their own chairs, picnic rugs and drinks.
Byaduk
A flag raising presentation, guest speaker and free breakfast will begin at 8.30am at the Sports Pavillion.
Cavendish
Cavendish has plenty to do for Australia Day. from 9.30am the Town Square will host the flag raising presentation by the Cavendish Scouts followed by guest speaker Richard Beks, community awards, live music by Peter Milburn ensemble, shared morning tea and $25 'paella and pot' at the Bunyip Hotel for lunch.
Coleraine
Australia Day will be celebrated at the Coleraine Tourist Information Centre from 8am with a flag raising ceremony, award presentations, guest speaker John Kane, music and a free Lions Club community breakfast.
Dunkeld
The Dunkeld Memorial Park will host a flag raising, local award presentations, guest speaker and free egg and bacon breakfast from 8am.
Glenthompson
Glenthompson will mark Australia Day with a flag raising ceremony, guest speaker, roast lamb lunch and dessert at the Recreation Reserve from 12pm.
Penshurst
A flag raising ceremony, guest speaker Marcus Rentsch, music by Paul Sutherland, the Penshurst citizen of 2019, children's games and a free Lions Club barbeque breakfast will be held at the Penshurst Botanic Gardens from 8.30am.
Tarrington
Café Catalpa will host Tarrington's Australia Day festivities from 12pm with a flag raising ceremony, guest speaker and free community barbeque lunch.
