The men behind Raglan Presents, James Kol, Will Ryan and Josh Brown are want to create a range of music events in their own backyard.
"We want to raise the profile of local acts and bring bigger acts here," Ryan said.
"When we were growing up here there were no options to see acts like this.
"When we went away to Melbourne and Geelong, we were exposed to heaps of gigs."
The trio hopes young south-west people will get behind their plans.
"I want young people to stop thinking they have to go away over summer to do something," Brown said.
"Hopefully we can lift the profile of music events here so people don't have to go away to see these big names."
The trio's different backgrounds within the entertainment industry came together strongly to create Raglan Presents. Brown coordinates the booking of artists, Kol works on the digital and social media side of things and Ryan's music industry knowledge pulls it altogether.
The boys launched their brand in October 2019 in Brown Alley, Melbourne with a day festival featuring Spacey Space, Sunshine and Aldonna and recently showcased their skills with a seamless sold-out beach party at Simon's Waterfront.
With state-of-the-art stage production and non-stop entertainment throughout the afternoon the festival is shaping up to be one music experience not to miss.
The Cally Hotel car park will come alive this Sunday from 3pm with party poppers Client Liaison bringing their DJ set to Warrnambool alongside south-west acts Boatta, Ayouel, Corey Ryan, Daniel Johnstone, Raglan DJs, Toby Timms, Angus McKinna and House Cat and Melbourne's Morning Maxwell rounding out the line-up.
"This festival is premium - the whole product," Kol said.
"We have an LED screen and lighting from Melbourne.
"This is a day festival rather than just an event and we're hoping to grow it each time.
"This has been a six month learning curve for us but hopefully that will make future years easier."
Alongside the musical acts, headspace will host a chill-out area and be on-hand for any mental health concerns or information. Beautiful Creatures will have all your glitter, face jewels and make-up concerns covered and Cat Street Store have a variety of vintage clothes available to complete your wardrobe. The night will be capped off by an after party hosted at Highline.
Ample security will be on-hand to make sure the 18 and over all-inclusive event runs smoothly.
Most importantly, the champagne, VB and oysters have all been ordered for Client Liaison's DJ set which will feature dance tracks and the pop-duo singing their own iconic songs.
"We can't wait," Ryan said.
Raglan Presents Client Liaison (DJ set) has sold out but watch the trio's Facebook page as the boys are showing no signs of slowing down the festivities in the south-west.
