EXHIBITION: The F Project's first exhibition of the year opens at 10am. Caroline Healey's Coastal Horizons runs until February 2 and features acrylic on canvas paintings of Warrnambool landscapes. The F Project is open from 10am-4pm on Wednesday-Sunday.
BAND: Portland's young, acoustic group Since Tuesday will take to the Fiddlers Green stage from 2pm.
SAIL: Arrive at the Yacht Club by 5.30pm to register for the Twilight Sailing night. The event runs until February 21 and children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information call 0427 567 851.
ART: The Merri View Gallery's Summer Exhibition is now open everyday from 12-4pm until January 31. The exhibition features a large array of south-west artists.

MARKETS: The Warrnambool Summer Markets series in on again at Lake Pertobe with a range of stalls, delicious foods, boutique beers, wines and ciders from 4.30pm. Eddy Boyle will be performing throughout the night.

SPEEDWAY: The Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic starts at Allansford's Premier Speedway. Gates for pre-paid pass holders open at 1.30pm with public gates open from 2pm. Night one of a three-day meeting.
Saturday
RUN: The Warrnambool parkrun meets every Saturday at Lake Pertobe at 8am.
BOOKS: The Book Fair will be held at The Sea Scout Hall, Port Fairy from 9am-4pm today and 10am-4pm tomorrow.
MARKET: Locally grown produce and handmade items are available at the community market at Railway Place, Port Fairy. Head down from 8.30am and stroll around the hundreds of stalls.
PARKRUN: The Port Fairy parkrun meets at South Beach at 7.50am.
TRUCKS: The 11th Koroit Truck Show will be held at Victoria Park in Koroit with over 100 vehicles on show. The event includes the Rig of the Show award, Truckie's Sprint and Tug-O-War among other favourites. Entry is $10, with under 16s free with part of the proceeds going to the Warrnambool Special Development School.
FLYNN GURRY: The young singer-songwriter will perform at the Fiddlers Green from 1pm.
HISTORIC: The Port Fairy Lighthouse is open for tours this weekend from 10am-4pm. Adults cost $5 and children are $1.
GOLF: The picturesque Port Fairy Golf Club will hold a 36-hole open tournament this weekend with bookings required via 5568 1654.

SURF'S UP: Head to East Beach from 10.30am and get involved in Nippers.
MOYNEYANA: On the last day of Moyneyana Festival, Port Fairy celebrates Australia the right way. On the Fiddlers Green from 8am there will be a free community breakfast presented by the Port Fairy Belfast Lions Club. Afterwards will be the Australia Day ceremony beginning from 10am with the James O'Neil Award and live music from Dirty Girdy. Lunch of hot dogs and lamingtons is provided with children's games organised by Sea Scouts.
CROQUET: Rock to the 'croq' this Sunday from 10am at the Cramer Street club. Listen to the likes of Midnight Oil whilst playing croquet.
CARS: Petrol lovers and motor heads will have a chance to view some of the south-west's best motor vehicles at Cannon Hill on Sunday with gates opening at 9am through gold coin donation entry.
SURF SWAP: Head to Fisherman's Walk, Port Fairy, to buy, swap or sell your surfboards from 10am. Entry is a gold coin.
FEED THE RHYTHM: Pop duo Client Liaison will DJ at Warrnambool's Cally Hotel car park summer party along with a stack of south-west DJs.

FILM: Port Fairy's Reardon Theatre will show Storm Boy for free from 7.30pm.
BUSHFIRE BENEFIT: The Dart and Marlin will host a bushfire benefit gig and barbecue from 3pm. Nancie Schipper, Faded Falcons, Sophia Whitney and Andre Pangrazio will take to the stage with all proceeds going to the Red Cross and Wildlife Victoria. Entry is $10.
DONATE: Warrnambool Bowls Club is holding charity bowls for the Victorian fire appeal fund via the Red Cross from 1pm.

Blake Rudland-Castles and Mick Ferguson will play at the Botanical Gardens for Australia Day from 10am. The Warrnambool and District Pipe and Drum band will march from the Civic Green to the Warrnambool RSL from 3pm. The Bucks will perform at The Stump, Port Fairy from 3pm. The Warrnambool Bowls Club will host Jason Bull from 7pm.

TRIATHLON: The Timboon Pool's Australia Day Reverse Triathlon costs $5 per individual or $10 per team. Children five to 10 years begin at 9am, 11-14 years begins at 9.30am and the open age group begins at 10am with all distances tailored to the age range. From 12pm there will be games, a barbeque and lamingtons to be enjoyed and at 1pm the Aquarun will begin. You can register prior to the even and for more information call 5598 3285.
BUSHFIRE RELIEF: Head down to Lake Pertobe from noon for Coast Aid; a fun-filled afternoon of live music, children's activities and food stalls. Each vendor is donating a percentage of their sales to the Victorian Bushfire Relief Appeal and there will be donation tins scattered around the venue. Entry to Coast Aid is free.
