"The festival is all coming together," he said
"It's such a great experience being able to progress and develop the festival with the support of the community. We have such a great team working on the festival site and behind the scenes.
"This year's event is going to be amazing, the energy is building in anticipation."
Self-described as "political post-punk with a dance vibe" Dr Sure's Unusual Practice's Dougal Ferguson is excited to be apart of the Goomfest lineup for the second year.
"Our band thematically tackles relevant issues everyone is faced with and sets them to a fun dance groove," he said.
"We definitely have the feel of reality is stranger than fiction.
"We hope our music echoes everyone's thoughts, fears and anxieties of world and allows them to let go of that and have a good time."
Mr Pyers said tickets to the two-day camping festival on a picturesque farm in Wangoom have almost sold-out.
"Festival goers can expect a beautiful, relaxing yet stimulating space to connect with friends and enjoy great music, art and food," he said.
"I'm looking forward to grabbing a cocktail and having a boogie.
"I am also so excited to bring so many lovely people together in such a great space.
"There are a limited number of tickets left, so if you are planning on coming you better get in quick."
