The grand final side - Shane Gedye, Matt Moloney, Chris Canavan and Allen Parrotte - won four sets to two at Warrnambool Lawn Tennis Club (WLTC).
The Beachside Bombs squad also included Randy Spencer, Willow Sainsbury and Nathan Isles at the teams-of-four event this week.
Gedye said the group was mostly made up of south-west players.
"We are pretty familiar we each other's games so that helps, we're all local," he said.
"We had one guy from Fitzroy that came down who we hadn't played with before (Canavan) and he gelled with the team.
"Everyone happened to play really well in the grand final and that got us over the line."

Gedye, who is also WLTC vice-president, said the tournament was a success.
"Being involved with the club, to see people come here and using the facilities - we just love it," he said.
"It's fantastic.
"They can be playing up country on the border somewhere where it's 40 degrees or they can be coming down here and playing in comfort.
"Hopefully they're enjoying it and hopefully we can keep building."
Christ Church Boys, from Christ Church Tennis Club in Warrnambool, took out the A reserve with a five sets to one victory against The Grove Grubbers.
Portland team Zero Spunk also secured a five sets to one victory against Quicksilver in the B grade.
There were 17 groups in the teams-of-four tournament this week with six teams from Warrnambool and five from Ocean Grove.
The Ohio Northern University women's tennis team from the United States was also at the tournament.
Next year's carnival will be held from January 4-6.
